Ascot’s free jumping shows good athleticism, scope and style.  He is equally suited to dressage, show jumping or eventing.

 

Ascot’s sire, Magnetic Isle is producing horses that are successful in all disciplines and his Grand Sire, Grand Flaneur was a very successful dressage champion winning his way throughout Preliminary, Novice, Elementary and Medium Championships at the Victorian State Championships and Elementary and Medium Championships at National Level.  He was also the Jumping Equitation Champion at Barastoc Horse of the Year in 1986.

 

Ascot’s sire line descends from Fax I, the sire of Farn who produced Nimmerdor who features in the jumping lines of Heart Breaker, Conquistador and Hickstead and in the dressage lines of the top horses Fleming, Jazz and Ampere to name a few.

 

Ascot is a truly versatile stallion prospect that is full of jumping blood but who will also add the necessary dynamic mechanics as an out cross to compliment the modern dressage horse.
